What to expect:
The construction phase of the homebuilding process is where the actual building process takes place. Typically, the steps involved include:
- Excavation & site preparation
- Foundation construction
- Home Framing
- HVAC and electrical installation
- Insulation & sheetrock installation
- Finishing
To ensure these steps go as smoothly as possible, many of the aspects of the preconstruction phase are carried over and employed during construction. Throughout the construction process, we remain in close contact with your architect to make sure any unforeseen problems are quickly addressed and eliminated.
